By purchasing tickets or attending the event, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Online Ticket Purchase & Payment

1.1 Tickets are issued only upon successful completion of payment.

1.2 If a payment is cancelled, reversed, declined, or refunded for any reason (including chargebacks), the associated ticket(s) will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

1.3 In such cases, the customer will receive an email notification confirming cancellation.

1.4 If a customer still wishes to attend the event, they must repurchase tickets, subject to availability.

1.5 The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss arising from cancelled or failed payments.

2. VIP Tickets – Seat Selection & Finality

2.1 VIP tickets provide access to designated VIP seating areas.

2.2 Customers may select specific row and seat numbers at the time of booking.

2.3 Once the booking is completed and payment confirmed, VIP seat selections are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or transferred unless required by law.

2.4 All VIP tickets are non-refundable except where required under applicable UK consumer legislation.

3. VIP Seating Rules

3.1 VIP ticket holders must occupy only the seat(s) allocated on their ticket.

3.2 Each individual, regardless of age, must hold a valid VIP ticket to occupy a VIP seat.

3.3 Sharing seats or allowing non-ticket holders to occupy VIP seats is strictly prohibited.

4. Wrongful Seating & Enforcement

4.1 If any individual occupies a seat without valid entitlement, the Organising Committee reserves the right to remove that individual from the seat immediately.

4.2 The seat will be reassigned to the rightful ticket holder.

4.3 If necessary, the Organiser reserves the right to remove individuals from the event premises for non-compliance.

4.4 Even if a VIP seat remains unoccupied during the event, no person may occupy that seat without a valid VIP ticket.

5. VIP Seating Complaints & On-the-Day Resolution

5.1 Any issue relating to VIP seating must be reported immediately to an official member of the Organising Committee during the event.

5.2 Over 50 authorised event marshals and officials will be present to assist and resolve issues promptly.

5.3 Failure to report an issue during the event may affect your ability to seek remedies after the event concludes.

5.4 The Organiser will review post-event complaints in accordance with its complaints procedure; however, no on-the-day remedies (including seat relocation or compensation) can be provided after the event has concluded.

5.5 Nothing in this clause excludes any statutory rights under UK law.

6. Conduct & Reputation

6.1 Attendees must behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times.

6.2 Any false, malicious, or defamatory statements made against the Organiser may result in legal action under the Defamation Act 2013.

6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to take appropriate legal steps to protect its reputation and charitable standing.

7. Media, Photography & Third-Party Branding

7.1 Official media coverage will be carried out by authorised photographers and videographers.

7.2 By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and documentation purposes.

7.3 Individuals recording video or taking photographs for publication must not include third-party business logos, branding, advertisements, or promotional content unless expressly authorised in writing by the Organiser.

7.4 Any unauthorised commercial branding within published media relating to the event may result in removal requests and potential legal action.

8. Unauthorised Promotion & Trading

8.1 Only authorised vendors and approved businesses may promote goods or services at the event.

8.2 Any unauthorised commercial promotion, distribution of materials, or business activity is strictly prohibited.

8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to request immediate cessation of such activity.

8.4 Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or legal action.

9. Dispute Resolution on Event Day

9.1 Any disputes arising on the event day must be raised immediately with event officials.

9.2 Officials will assess the situation and provide a fair and proportionate resolution where possible.

9.3 Where immediate resolution is not possible, attendees will be informed of the next course of action.

9.4 The decision of authorised event officials on matters relating to safety, seating, conduct, and operational management shall be final on the day.

9.5 Failure to comply with official instructions may result in removal from the event premises.

10. Right of Admission

10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms.

10.2 No refund will be provided in cases of removal due to misconduct.

11. General Legal Provisions

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

12.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure, delay, alteration, suspension, or cancellation of the Event where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.2 Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Flood, fire, storm, earthquake, or natural disaster

  • Public health emergencies, epidemics or pandemics

  • Government action, legislation, restrictions, or regulatory requirements

  • Terrorism, civil unrest, or public disorder

  • War or threat of war

  • Industrial disputes or strikes

  • Venue unavailability

  • Utility failure (electricity, water, telecommunications)

  • Failure of suppliers, contractors, or third-party service providers beyond the Organiser’s control

12.3 In the event that the Event is postponed due to Force Majeure circumstances, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

12.4 If the Event is cancelled entirely due to Force Majeure, the Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Offer ticket holders a transfer to a future event; or

  • Offer a partial or full refund at its discretion, subject to deduction of non-recoverable costs already incurred.

12.5 The Organiser shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, loss of earnings, or other consequential losses.

12.6 The Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders as soon as practicable in the event of Force Majeure affecting the Event.

12.7 Nothing in this clause affects statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.
