Due to the high number of expected attendees and limited parking availability, we strongly encourage all participants to use public transport when travelling to the event.

EVACUATION GUIDANCE
Please familiarise yourself with the evacuation procedures and emergency exit locations upon arrival. In the event of an emergency, follow instructions from event staff and security personnel at all times.
INCIDENT REPORT FORM
If you are involved in or witness an incident during the event, please contact Event Control immediately to obtain an Incident Report Form. Alternatively, you may complete and submit the Incident Report Form provided below.
To assist with accurate investigation and documentation, incident reports should be submitted as soon as possible and ideally within 3 days of the incident. Delayed reports may limit our ability to investigate the matter fully.
